Proxy / Skip

This dual feature enables project admins to have more control on the project.

Adding a Proxy allows you to add a backup to take over the work. Basically, if you are on a rotation and were to be assigned tickets, your tickets will go to your Proxy.
Your team members will be able to add their own Proxy from their SARJ dashboard with the help of a gadget and as an Admin, you can choose to edit or disable it for your project.

Adding a Skip allows you to mark somebody ‘absent’ from the roster for that period. SARJ will just skip them if it's their turn to be assigned tickets and pick the next team member.
Now you don't need to remove someone from a roster for an unplanned sick leave. Simple yet useful. Right?

Note - The admin will have to enable the feature for the same to take effect.
