Secure Form Audit Logs

To keep track of all changes made at any point in time, Secure Forms captures all changes made to the configurations. The app captures two types of audit Logs -

Logs at Issue level

This Audit log view is for all the people who can see issue and the form field permission as per the form field permissions it will show the field Audit logs. If Admin Create Field A and it's restricted to specific users, then whenever the value is change in the form only those specific users can see the audit logs of those fields.

Logs at Form level

You can also have logs at a form level to keep track of the changes in your form fields. Especially if you have more than one project admins as you might want to know who changed which configuration.

This can be accessed by accessing the Secure Forms page and clicking on the button which will show you a ‘per form view’ for the logs along with the time stamps / user name.
