Know your Form fields

Secure Forms Toolbox provide multiple of fields that you can configure, and it will capture different types of information on your project Secure forms.

The following fields are available in Secure Forms:

1. Header text
   This Header text field allow user to add some heading while building the form. This field on the form can be viewed by the user but they cannot change the content of this field while viewing the form.

2. Paragraph
   The Paragraph field allows users to add context while building the form. This field on the form can be viewed by the user they cannot change the content of this field while viewing the form

3. Number field
   Number field is a single line text box which allows people to provide only numerical information in the field.

4. Single line text
   A single line text field that can allow user to add text in a single line.

5. Multiline text
   A multiline text field that can store longer lengths of text.

6. Date picker
   Date picker fields allow people to provide date information using a calendar selection to complete the field. Format available dd/mm/yyyy

7. Line break
   This line break fields allow user to add a line in the form. People can use this in form to separate two sections in a single form.

8. Radio button
   Radio buttons allow people to select a single option from a list

9. Checkboxes
   Checkboxes fields allow people to select multiple options from the list

10. Select list (single choice)
    This Select list fields allow people to select a single option from a list

11. Select list (multiple choices)
    This Select list fields allow people to select multiple options from a list

12. Range
    This Range fields allow people to select range between start range and end range.

13. Rating
    This Rating fields allow people to give rating in the form. The fields support a 5point scale.
