To stay abreast of changes made at any point in time, Secure form saves all changes made to the configuration or in form value section. All the edit details in form done by one or more admins are stored for a later review.
Secure form App captures two types of Audit Log in the App.
Form Value Change Audit logs in the Issue View Section
Secure form captures all the form submission/updates in the Audit logs.
This Audit log view is for all the people who can see that issue and the form field permission as per the form field permissions it will show the field Audit logs.
If Admin Create Field A and it's restricted to specific users, then whenever the value is change in the form only those specific users can see the audit logs of those fields.
Form Configuration change Audit logs
If more than One project Admin manage Secure form so there is requirement to know who change which configuration. This Audit log view is just of Project Admins and Jira Admin Only and can track under project Settings → Secure forms on this Audit logs button. On button click we can see audit of all types of configuration changes .
