To create any new fields, you need to contact your Jira Admin to make them create it. Once a field is created, it will reflect in all the projects and users who have access to that field.
Without any configuration:
Open Waterfall for Jira and Go to project fields.
Click on Configure.
Here you can see the fields which you have access to and now you can just click on “Add” on the fields you want.
Click on “Save”.
Now you can see the fields on the Project Fields page.
Editing those fields:
Click on “Edit”.
Now you will be able to select the fields and edit them.
Click on “Save”.
Now these fields and the data in these fields are visible to anyone who have access to them in that particular project.
