WFJ - Admin Guide
As a Site Administrator, you have the responsibility to manage user access and create new fields for various projects and features.
Although being a Jira Site Administrator doesn’t automatically grant you access to Waterfall for Jira
You can add yourself as a WFJ user. Here’s how you can give users access to projects in WFJ

To give users access to projects
Click on 'Manage your apps' in the Apps menu.
In the ‘Apps’ section, find and select 'Waterfall for Jira'.
On the User Access Management page, click on “+ Users”.
Select the users you want to grant access to.
After selecting users, you would be able to select projects.
The projects you see here are the ones accessible to the selected users with the "Browse Projects" permission enabled.
Choose the projects you want to grant access to, either all at once or one by one.
Click on any selected project to configure it individually or configure all selected projects at once by Selecting “All - All” option.
Configure Nav Access (Features)
When selecting “Project Fields”, choose specific fields or select all fields at once.
Similar to Nav Access and Projects, you will have “All” option and can select all options at once.Click Submit.
You can now see the users who have been given access and the number of projects they have access to.
Click on Projects(<number>) to expand and see the number of projects each user has access to.
Hover over “Nav Access” and “Project Fields” to see the options you’ve selected.
To create new Fields
Click “Field” which is Beside “+ Users”.
As you can see from image below, These Fields are created default.
Click on “+ Field”.
Give it a name and Select any Type.
After completing configuration, you can submit.
You will have access to the new field and giving you the flexibility to edit or delete it as required.
