Secure Forms Toolbox Type

Secure Forms Toolbox provide multiple of fields that you can configure, and it will capture different types of information on your project Secure forms.

The following fields are available in Secure Forms:

1. Header text

   Number field is a single line text box which allows people to provide only numerical information in the field.

4. Single line text

5. Multiline text

6. Date picker
   Date picker fields allow people to provide date information using a calendar selection to complete the field. People can also complete the field by typing dates into the field in the format of dd/MM/YYYY

7. Line break

8. Radio button
   Radio buttons allow people to select a single option from a list to complete the field.

9. Checkboxes
   Checkboxes fields allow people to select multiple options in the field.

10. Select list (single choice)
    This Select list fields allow people to select a single option from a list to complete the field.

11. Select list (multiple choices)
    This Select list fields allow people to select a Multiple option from a list to complete the field.

12. Range
    This Range fields allow people to select Range between start range and end range.

13. Rating
    This Rating fields allow people to give rating in the form. This rating fields support maximum 5 rating in single form.
