For SARJ, security is as much a priority as smart scheduling. To preserve stringent standards of decision making, we recommend you only add the Project Manager(s) or Jira Admin(s) as SARJ users, so as to allow access to create and edit schedules.
As an administrator, you can follow the steps mentioned below to give any user access to SARJ.
Please note - Being a Jira Administrator does not automatically grant you access to SARJ. However, as an admin, you can add yourself as a SARJ user.
Click on ‘Manage your apps’ in Apps Menu
Scroll down to the bottom left to find the SARJ Configuration section
Click on ‘User Access Management’ (the only configuration item)
In the ‘User’ field, type the name(s) of the user(s) you want to grant access to
Select the appropriate projects (Note: Even if a user is mistakenly granted access, they will not be able to access SARJ for a project if they do not have the access to that project)
Enable Pool Dashboard view and the Audit Log view, if needed
Click ‘Save’
