Why Secure Forms?
When one creates an issue in Jira, it directs the user to create a form with multiple fields. The process is simple. A candidate applies for the job, opens the customer portal, fills up sections on the form s/he has access to, create request and update the same. Once submission is complete, the HR will get a notification and update the segments only they have access to.
Controlled access: Select from group, project roles or individual users when selecting view or edit permission for each field separately. Otherwise, the global setting would automatically enable everyone to access the form.
Attachment folder management: This effective setting allows users to configure different folders-be it certificates, offer letters, address proof or experience letters. With customized access at work, the admin can add individual team members or a group to view or edit each category.
