Using SARJ Availability feature, participants can configure their Break times, planned vacation and time zone where they work. So, before assignment of any task SARJ will always check whether the user is in break time or in planned vacation.
If Project Admin/ SARJ Admin wants to assign the task based on user Availability, then they have to enable the availability with the project.
How to enable the availability in project?
Step 1: Open SARJ and click on Organizers from the Sarj app options.

Step 2: Enable the toggle button near to the Availability.

Please note that team members can create availability for themself only. Team members can go to their own dashboard and configure the same.
This availability will be applicable in all the project. PMs or SARJ Admins can chose to enable or disable the Availability feature.
How to add availability?
Availability can only be configured by a user not by project admin or SARJ admin.

Step 3: Click manage and you can setup your own availability.

Step 4: You can setup your mid shift breaks and planned vacations (by clicking the calendar button).
Step 5: Clicking on any date means you are planning to take vacation on that particular date.
Step 6: You can toggle ‘Partial day’ which indicates that you will not be available for a particular time in a day.
