A Glossary of all projects where you have access to SARJ. If you are not a designated SARJ admin, this section might be empty for you to begin with. If you are a Jira project admin, feel free to go to ‘Settings’ in your project and enable SARJ to see the details.Pool
Pool is where your issues land in, if there is a conflict in rules, team members are out of office etc. This gadget provides links to your Pool of unassigned issues at one place.Pool Conflicts
The purpose of this gadget is to show you why an issue was unassigned and sent to Pool. This will help you sort out your rules and rotations and figure out which use case combination is not working as per expectation. Acknowledging the conflicts will remove it from the board.Rotation
Review all Rotations active in your project (where you are a SARJ admin) along with the Duration, Type and whether its basic or advanced rotation.My Rotation
Use this gadget to review all the Rotations where you have been added as a team member across the Jira instance with specific project names.My Availability
My Availability gadget lets your add vacation days, timezone and mid shift breaks to SARJ. Do note, your project admin has to enable Organizer feature in the project for SARJ to take this into consideration while assigning issues.My Organiser
My Organiser gadget lets your add start and end time along with their respective working days for a specific project to SARJ. Do note, your project admin has to enable Organizer feature in the project for SARJ to take this into consideration while assigning issues.
P.S - The Admin can chose to ‘skip approval’ in Manage Organiser section if your team is comfortable and mature enough.Manage Approvals
If your team has submitted their Organizer and added, you as an approver so from here you can review all of them at one place..

Green check mark indicates that the proxy is on and gray slash indicates that the proxy is off.
