Please note that team members can create availability for themself only. Team members can go to their own dashbord dashboard and configure the same.

This availability will be applicable in all the project. PMs or SARJ Admins can chose to enable or disable the Availability feature.

How to add availability?

Availability can only be configured by a user not by project admin or SARJ admin.

Step 1: Open Apps and Click Smart Assignments and Rotations for Jira

Step 2: Add ‘My Availability’ gadget.

Step 3: Click manage and you can setup your own availability.

Step 4: You can setup your mid shift breaks and planned vacations (by clicking the calendar button).

Step 5: Clicking on any date means you are planning to take vacation on that particular date.

Step 6: You can toggle ‘Partial day’ which indicates that you will not be available for a particular time in a day.
